These Vegan Cheeseburger Salad Bowls are a delicious bowl of all your favorite burger ingredients, just without the bun. This healthier low-carb version of a juicy cheeseburger is loaded with plant-based ground beef, sliced red onion, cherry tomatoes, vegan shredded cheddar cheese, dill pickle chips, and crinckle french fries. bag of crinkle fries

EVOO

10 ounces
package plant-based ground “beef”

4 ounces
lettuce

red onion, sliced thin

cherry tomatoes, cut in half

dill pickle chips

vegan shredded cheddar cheese
- Dressing

1/2 cup
vegan mayo/unsweetened yogurt

2 tablespoons
sweet relish

1/2 teaspoon
garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon
onion powder

yellow mustard

2 teaspoons
smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon

Directions

Bake the crinkle fries according to package directions either in the oven or in an air fryer. While the fries are cooking, heat a large skillet to medium heat, add the tablespoon of EVOO and cook the “Beef” according to package instructions.

Next, make the dressing by combining all of the ingredients in a bowl and whisking together until combined. Add more water if necessary to reach the desired consistency.

Distribute lettuce between the salad bowls. Top each bowl with equal portions of “Beef”, sliced red onions, tomato, pickles, vegan cheese, and french fries. Finish with a drizzle of dressing and serve immediately.
