Ice blended mango tea with a hint of rose
Equipment requirements:
Knife
Measurement cup or weighing scale
Blender
Filter cloth —Eddy
Ingredients
- Tea

60 grams
Jasmine buds

2000 milliliters
Water

600 grams
Ice
- Mango frappe

Directions

Measure and add tea leaves into a jug.

Fill up hot water(75degree celsius) and add into the tea leaves jug.

Let it seep for 7min, while brewing measure 600g of ice cubes in a separate jug.

Filter the tea through a filter cloth into the ice jug and stir clock wise/ anti clockwise until the ice melts.

Cut mango in half and remove all the meat from the seeds, then dice the mango to bite size pieces.

Add rose syrup, diced mango, ice and tea into a blender and blend it till you get a slushie texture.

Once completed pour it into a 700ml serving cup.

Notes:
You can add diced mango into the cup for some nice bites while drinking.
