Chicken & Shrimp bowl. A great combination for the tastebuds!
Ingredients
Bowl
- 2 cup Rice-White or Brown
- 2 cup Water or Broth
- 1.5 pound Chicken-Cubed
- 1 pound Shrimp
- 1 Small Onion-Diced
- 2-3 Bell Peppers-Diced
- 2 tablespoon Paprika
- 2 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- Chopped Parsley & Cilantro
Yum-Yum Sauce
- 1 cup Mayo
- 2 tablespoon Tomato Paste
- 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Melted Butter
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 2-3 tablespoon Water(Optional)
- Salt & Pepper to Taste

Directions
Bowl
- Step 1
Heat pan with oil and add your cubed Chicken.
- Step 2
While Chicken is cooking, whisk together the ingredients for the Yum-Yum sauce, cover and put in refrigerator. Add water 1 Tablespoon at a time to thin out sauce.
- Step 3
Once Chicken is done add Shrimp. Cook for 5-7 minutes.
- Step 4
Once Shrimp is done, cover Chicken & Shrimp with seasoning. Stir to coat and then add vegetables till translucent. Remove from heat.
Yum-Yum Sauce
- Step 1
Cooking Rice according to directions. Best way is to add in the water/broth to Rice and cook on High till it boils. Then reduce heat to Simmer and put on lids till no liquid remains.
