I've had this open on my laptop for far too long without making...I won't make that mistake again...so. good. ...I used the basic recipe as a template and made some adjustments...I'm currently in Central Texas and it's Hatch Chile extravaganza season, so I roasted 2 and peeled off the skin...I used fish sauce, a squeeze of half a lime, a tsp of sugar, crushed Szechwan peppercorns with lime leaves and used a Kewpie mayo...but the basic structure was the model...I don't like tons of heat, but there was just enough tingle...but I kept saying out loud, "oh my god this was so good!"...thank you Lady And Pups...this was such a good take

I made this last night for dinner for myself. Ordered in KFC extra crispy 4 piece meal. Had rice ready at home. Had only 3/4 of a jalapeño and 4 garlic pods and I sprayed them with oil and stuck in airfryer at 400F for a few minutes. Smashed them with salt and a little Chinchalok chili sauce and added a little mayo (forgot the shallot). Smashed a thigh and wing and ate it so quickly. Perfect meal! Thank you!
