A fresh and funky appetizer that comes together in minutes! Tangy Sumac, funky fish sauce and a touch of maple come together great with the smoky char on these grilled shishitos!

Shishito Peppers

2 tablespoons
torn mint
-
1 tablespoon
sesame seeds

1 tablespoon
hot sauce of choice

1 teaspoon
fish sauce
-
1 tablespoon
maple syrup
-
1 teaspoon
sumac powder
-
salt to taste

1 tablespoon
sesame oil
Directions

Start your grill and get it HOT

Combine your maple, sumac, fish sauce and hot sauce in a bowl.

Toss your shishitos in sesame oil and salt. Grill until blistered (for about 2-3 min)

Toss in glaze and top with sesame seeds and fresh mint! ENJOY
