A fresh and funky appetizer that comes together in minutes! Tangy Sumac, funky fish sauce and a touch of maple come together great with the smoky char on these grilled shishitos!

Ingredients
  • 20ish Shishito Peppers
  • 2 tablespoons torn mint
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce of choice
  • 1 teaspoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon sumac powder
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
Directions
  1. Start your grill and get it HOT
  2. Combine your maple, sumac, fish sauce and hot sauce in a bowl.
  3. Toss your shishitos in sesame oil and salt. Grill until blistered (for about 2-3 min)
  4. Toss in glaze and top with sesame seeds and fresh mint! ENJOY
