**Salmon and Avocado Summer Rolls with Soy-Ginger Dipping Sauce**

**Ingredients:**
- 4 pieces grilled salmon, shredded
- 2 avocados, thinly sliced
- 1 cucumber, julienned
- 4 rice paper sheets, soaked in water

**For the Sauce:**
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger

**Garnish:**
- Toasted sesame seeds
- Fresh chopped cilantro

**Instructions:**
1. Place a rice paper sheet on a work surface.
2. Layer one piece of shredded salmon on the rice paper.
3. Add a slice of avocado and a strip of cucumber over the salmon.
4. In a small bowl, mix the sauce ingredients well and drizzle it over the filling.
5. Roll the rice paper tightly to form a summer roll.
6. Repeat the process for the remaining sheets and filling.
7. Cut each roll into bite-sized pieces.
8. Serve the Salmon and Avocado Summer Rolls on a platter, sprinkled with toasted sesame seeds and chopped cilantro.
