Directions
- Prepare the Cauliflower: a. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). b. Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets. c. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the cauliflower florets and cook for about 5-7 minutes until they are tender but not mushy. Drain the cauliflower well and set aside.
- Make the Cheese Sauce: a. In a medium saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it starts to simmer. Do not let it boil. b. Add the cream cheese to the simmering cream and stir until the cream cheese is completely melted and the mixture is smooth. c. Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
