Ingredients:
• 2 spoonfuls of blueberries
• Brewed butterfly pea tea (enough to color the pasta)
• 1 tbsp yogurt
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1 tsp flour (for creamy texture)
• Cooked pasta of your choice
• Parmesan cheese for sprinkling
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Blueberries
• Mash 2 spoonfuls of fresh blueberries in a bowl until you achieve a smooth consistency.
2. Brew the Butterfly Pea Tea
• Brew butterfly pea tea and set aside. This will be used to give the pasta a beautiful, natural blue hue.
3. Create the Sauce
• In a saucepan, combine 1 tbsp of yogurt, 1½ cup of milk, and 1 tsp of flour and Mix in the Blueberries and Tea
• Heat gently, stirring continuously until the mixture thickens into a creamy sauce.
4. Stir until well combined and the sauce turns a vibrant purple-blue color.
5. Combine with Pasta
• Add your cooked pasta to the saucepan. Mix well to ensure the pasta is evenly coated with the blueberry sauce.
6. Serve and Garnish
• Transfer the blueberry pasta to serving plates.
• Sprinkle generously with Parmesan cheese.
