What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 7 ounces Red onions
  • 1 Clove garlic
  • 1 Bay leaf
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black peppercorns
  • 1/2 cup Apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
Directions
  1. Slice the red onions & place them in a jar. Add salt, garlic, bay leaf & peppercorns.
  2. Heat vinegar, water & sugar until dissolved.
  3. Pour over onions & let it cool. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour (best after 24 hrs!).
