An easy Indian recipe —pauljoseph

What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • Carrot 250 grms
  • Sugar 150 grms
  • Milk 500ml
  • Clarified Butter (Ghee) 50 grms + 50 grms
  • Broken Cashew nuts 50 grms
  • Cardamom Powder 1 tsp
Directions
  1. Wash and great carrot .
  2. Fry the cashew in 50 grms ghee and keep aside
  3. Same pan add the greater carrot and milk and cook till it thick
  4. Finally add the remaining ghee ,fried cashew and cardamom powder mix well
  5. Serve with Vanilla Ice cream

This sounds really good. I can't believe the number of recipes you have! You should write your own cook book. It's very nice to have an authentic Indian resource.
