Copper Cookware
If your dream kitchen has a gleaming array of copper pots and pans, well, we’re right there with you. Copper cookware conducts heat like a champ and lasts for ages. If you think it’s hard to care for, think again: It cleans up nice with warm soap and water. Dry it thoroughly right after, and you’ll put off any tarnishing. When spots do show up, mix equal parts baking soda and lemon juice, then rub away with a soft cloth (a lemon sprinkled with a lil’ salt works too). Things are looking shiny, aren’t they?
