Canister capacity is 0.5 L / 16 oz and measures 4" D x 12" H. Comes with 10 N2O chargers. Each charger will whip one canister of cream.

Convenient and better than squirt cans

This is fabulous! It's so easy to use and convenient. Excellent cream canister! Easy to use and produces three styles of piped cream. I used this to make a basic Chantilly cream and a stabilized version using mascarpone. A: Thanks for reaching out! The length of the charger is 2.4 inches. The chargers can be purchased online direct.frieling.com and other places like home depot. Additionally the duration of time that the charger last is due to how you keep it and how frequently you use it.
