Meet the Maker
Dominik Kowalik began his career has a graphic designer in Paris, France. After years sitting at the front of a screen designing for various brands and companies he decided naturally to leave the virtual world for a more hand on creative process. He started his woodworking career by learning the traditional craft of guitar making by studying with master luthier John S. Kinnard in Fallbrook, CA. When asked to make a cutting board for serving cheese and bread, Dominik created his first organic-shaped board. From his studio in California, Dominik has built a woodworking career based on his belief in creating products by hand and continues to grow his collection of high-quality wood products.View Full Profile
