So easy to clean, cooks great!

I bought this to replace a calphalon nonstick fry pan I'd had since I first had my own kitchen and that was starting to show some scratches. I love this SO much more than that! It cooks evenly, I love the non-PFOA nonstick coating, and it is seriously so easy to clean.

The Video Clip Sold Me On This Pan

The clip of eggs sliding out of it sold me on this pan. I watched it several times. And it does just what the video, photos, and text said it would. And it was made in Italy – come on! Beautiful.

Best ever nonstick

It needs a very very little bit of oil or butter, which I swirl up the sides with a brush; then absolutely nothing sticks and cleans up like a dream. The heavy base is sturdy and conducts heat gently and evenly, but is not so heavy as to be hard to handle.

Making eggs is a dream come true in these pans - the best non-stick pans I have ever used. I have reserved them for just eggs for now - but I'm sure they would work well with anything.

Outstanding to all other pans I have tried.

I have seared a steak in one "nonstick" pan and the steak stuck, but not in this Zwilling Carrara. The steak slid around in light oil like it was riding on air. This the absolute best nonstick pan I have tried.

Great gift

Bought these for my mother and she has not stopped raving. I used one of the pans when I was visiting her recently and I now understand why she loves them.

My go-to frying pan!

This pan is terrific because the non-stick is superb. Nothing sticks to the inside of the pan. With or without oil or butter, although I may use either, the food comes out great!

Great quality product

Perfect for Eggs

I can finally get rid of every other nonstick fry pan I own! No more frustration trying to clean the eggs from around the bolt heads that are used to attach the handle to the pan. The inside is perfectly smooth ceramic. Someone should write a song about this pan!
