- Materials:
Stainless steel handle with brass PVD finish, hard anodized reinforced body (for extra strength!) and Thermolon ceramic coating (no PTFE, PFOA, PFAS, lead, or cadmium used).
- Care:
Not suitable for induction stovetops, and oven safe up to 600°F. Dishwasher safe, but we recommend hand-washing.
For long-lasting performance, cook on low to medium heat settings with a few drops of high smoke point oil (no extra-virgin) or butter. Nylon or wooden utensils are recommended, although metal utensils are safe to use.
