Hand wash only. Do not let the wood board soak, and be sure to dry it immediately after use. We recommend oiling the board with mineral oil or wax upon arrival—and continuing to do so regularly—to give the wood a good luster. Ebonized wood is prone to staining with prolonged exposure to citrus and acidic foods.
