There are so many fantastic tarts in this week's category. It really boggles the mind. Are they stored here in such a way that we can find them again easily? I mean, like next winter when we're in the doldrums and are just dying for something sprightly to eat?

Actually these editors' picks would make a great little book all on their own!

i have smoked salmon AND leeks in my fridge. and cream cheese too. i would love to test out the smoked salmon quiche with goat cheese and leeks. i'm really intrigued by the cream cheese crust.
