Any food52 member is welcome to help us test our Editors' Pick candidates, so go call dibs on the recipe you'd like to test in the comments section below! We'd love to see some new testers in the mix. Don't forget to email us your notes (about 100 words) to [email protected] by next Tuesday at 5pm.

We'll collect your comments, decide the official list of Editors' Picks and publish your evaluation in the headnote if the recipe is selected as an Editors' Pick (with credit, of course!). And even if the recipe you test isn't chosen as an Editors' Pick, please feel free to leave your testing notes in the recipe's comments section. Constructive criticism is always encouraged!

June is a trusted source on General Cooking.

There are so many fantastic tarts in this week's category. It really boggles the mind. Are they stored here in such a way that we can find them again easily? I mean, like next winter when we're in the doldrums and are just dying for something sprightly to eat?

Actually these editors' picks would make a great little book all on their own!

Mm. Spicy fig and chocolate... I'd like to try this one out. It'll be my very first contribution, if I may.

Congrats to all EP's and contenders! I don't want to be a recipe testing hog, but if there are remaining recipes later on I will grab one.

Great list of ep's and ep candidates. It sure was a great turn-out! If the Fennel and onion galette with Gruyere crust is still available, I'd love to test that.
