I have a huge sage plant in my garden. Even after hacking it back every year, it continues to grow back even larger. So...sage honey chicken, sage in stuffing, sausage stuffed sage, and many others are on my table on a regular basis.

I've been using a lot of sage this fall - more than I ever have before. We went completely rogue on Thanksgiving this year; sage played a key role in this turkey riff on an Italian classic: https://food52.com/recipes/31943-turkey-saltimbocca ;o)
