We've partnered with Kikkoman to bring you the latest contest, featuring your best noodle dish! Read on for more details. 

Noodle Recipe

There’s no better way to celebrate the Chinese New Year -- and stave off the cold -- than with a bowl of warm, hearty noodles. According to Chinese beliefs, serving noodles during the New Year (this Thursday) brings long life. Add some prawns and lettuce to the mix, and you’ll be blessed with happiness and prosperity, too. We want to see your best noodle recipes -- from wontons to lo mein -- so we can cook up some good luck ourselves. The winner will receive a $1,000 prize courtesy of our friends at Kikkoman, so head to the contest page to enter!

Do the recipes have to include soy sauce? (in other words, is it only savory recipes)

We're looking for Asian-inspired noodles, but nope, they do not need to include soy sauce!
