L'apres Ski  Masala Chai Toddy

Any food52 member is welcome to help us test our Editors' Pick candidates, so go call dibs on the recipe you'd like to test in the comments section below! We'd love to see some new testers in the mix. Don't forget to email us your notes (about 100 words) to [email protected] by next Tuesday at 5pm.

We'll collect your comments, decide the official list of Editors' Picks and publish your evaluation in the headnote if the recipe is selected as an Editors' Pick (with credit, of course!). And even if the recipe you test isn't chosen as an Editors' Pick, please feel free to leave your testing notes in the recipe's comments section. Constructive criticism is always encouraged!

I can take up the Grandma Erikson's Julglogg if you still need that tested.

New Years resolution- to stop lurking on my favorite site! It looks like the calientito still needs a tester, so I'll take that.

We fully support that resolution. But shoot -- sticksnscones just beat you to the Calientito. How about the not for Toddlers, Warm Egg Nog or Grandma Erikson's Julglogg?

sticksnscones December 31, 2010
If I"m not too late I would love to test the Calientito :}

Hi sabina -- emmanation actually already snagged that one but there are plenty of recipes that still need testers (surprisingly!). Would you be interested in The White Christmas, not for Toddlers, Calientito (Warm Pear Toddy), Warm Egg Nog or Grandma Erikson's Julglogg?

AppleAnnie December 30, 2010
I'll gladly test Apple Ginger Hot Toddy!

I'll try La Grande Bulleit Marnier. Thanks for nominating my Holiday Hot Toddy. Today is the coldest day of the year here in San Diego, most appropriate for the taste-testing! Happy New Year all -

I'm fascinated by the Narlock Men's Tom & Jerry and would love to give it a try.

Thanks, five and spice. I hope you like it! And thank you editors. And, since I'm heading towards San Diego for our final holiday excursion, it seems only fitting to try the Holiday Hot Toddy. Happy New Year to everyone!

Since Manhattans are a staple around my house anyway, I'll happily test the Manhattan Hot Toddy.

Who knew there could be so many variations to a hot toddy. I'm excited that my Calientito (Warm Pear Toddy) is an EP Candidate. I look forward to more contests! This is fun!

Thanks for testing this, drbabs. If you can't get Adivasi chai, make one as strong as you dare. Hope you like it. The class at King Arthur yesterday was amazing. Just posted 2 recipes I learned there. Going back next Thursday, too. Highly recommend!
