Here's how we think about coffee: As a way to start the day. Sometimes, as a way to end the day. And as a giver of life (only half-joking).

We love coffee, and bet you do, too. And for our latest contest, we want to see how it makes its way into everything you eat.

Do you save the last of the morning's pot for braising liquid or coffee syrup? Or do you beat hot coffee into sweetened egg yolks for a creamy zabaglione? Do you use the grounds to rub meat, or do you steep them in milk for pudding?
