How are you celebrating the new year? We're ringing it in with chocolate (and lots of it) and partnered with Valrhona, a favorite of our test kitchen, to get things started. This Friday, December 30, we'll kickoff a week's worth of chocolate on Instagram.

We like a glass of champagne as much as the next person, but, you want to know how we actually want to celebrate the new year? Creamy, rich, high-quality chocolate! It can be in the form of truffles, cakes, pies, cookies, bars. It's all good. We don't discriminate.
