Thanks for the resounding validation for the sweet & spicy sesame dumplings boulangere. Most of the credit about the steps in the recipe are attributable to my late mother, I just put her instructions into words.

Thanks! I'm glad someone got to try them out - it's one of those recipes that usually don't get handed out much, or even written down, just passed on from grandmother to granddaughter!
