Budget-Minded Blogger Izy Hossack on Her Ideal Spring Menu

Spring is in the air! Well, almost. Despite lingering chills outside, we’re remaining optimistic for all of the season’s budding sprouts and blooms on the horizon (really, any day now...). We asked U.K.-based blogger and recipe developer Izy Hossack of Top with Cinnamon to share her picks for a perfect seasonal menu with the help of our Automatic Spring Menu Maker.

Hossack is a self-described flexitarian whose specialty is creating healthful dishes that won’t break the bank. In her menu, she goes heavy on the vegetarian-friendly options, kicking off the meal with her own Spicy Smoky Vegan “Chorizo” Dip before diving into Turmeric-Roasted Carrots with Seeds and a Spring Vegetarian Cassoulet main.
