Recently we announced the launch of our very new, very exciting line of Food52 home and kitchen products, and we’ve got a whole coterie of fun stuff on the horizon. First up are cutting boards, then kitchen mats, and next in line, our very own mixing bowls. We surveyed you, our community, for what you look for in your ideal mixing bowl and here's what we learned.
Valerio is a freelance food writer, editor, researcher and cook. He grew up in his parent's Italian restaurants covered in pizza flour and drinking a Shirley Temple a day. Since, he's worked as a cheesemonger in New York City and a paella instructor in Barcelona. He now lives in Berlin, Germany where he's most likely to be found eating shawarma.
