We've teamed up with LaCroix Sparkling Water to highlight their new summer flavors—from the tropical-inspired Guava São Paulo to their cooling Beach Plum—in super-refreshing mocktails. These fruity sparkling waters are free of sugar and artificial ingredients, making them our pick for all-day sipping and mixing.

Raise your hand if you've ever bought a case of LaCroix Sparkling Water based on the aesthetic of the packaging alone. There's something about the glossy color palette and laid-back cursive font that sparks joy, making me want a stack of cans chilling in my fridge at all times.

Of course, it's not just the design that keeps me coming back to their ever-trendy sparkling waters—their flavors are supremely refreshing and, equally important to me, free of artificial ingredients. I'll be a Pamplemousse girl for life (it's so much more fun to say than just "grapefruit"), but they've recently launched a fresh new trio for summer that'll be competing with my go-to this season: Beach Plum, Guava São Paulo, and Black Razzberry.

Effervescent and with just the right amount of fruity flavor, these new LaCroix Sparkling Water bevvies are obviously great all on their own. But I've found that they also make a wonderful complement to fresh ingredients (think: citrus, fruit purées, herbs, and more) in mixed drinks, especially nonalcoholic cocktails. Here are four to enjoy all summer long—perfect for a midday sip during the work week, a lazy Saturday by the pool, an outdoor dinner with friends, or really any time you need something to cool off with.

Guava-Pineapple Spritz

The secret to this spritz is in the one-ingredient pineapple syrup: Just simmer fresh (or canned) pineapple juice down until it's thick and almost purée-like—no sugar, honey, or agave necessary. Stir the cooled syrup with a splash of coconut water and top it off with the Guava São Paulo for a booze-free bev that tastes like a day at the beach, complete with gentle waves and swaying palms. Garnish with a pineapple leaf and a fresh slice of the fruit to really bring those tropical vibes home.

Blackberry & Mint Cooler

This cooler brings a one-two punch of bright berry flavors: a purée of fresh blackberries, mint, and cucumber comes to life with a finishing pour of LaCroix Sparkling Water's fizzy Black Razzberry. A dash of puckery lime juice and sweet agave syrup balances out the fruity, herbal notes of the other ingredients and keeps this drink in harmony.

Sparkling Plum Switchel

File switchel under: the most refreshing drink you might not have tried yet. A steeped brew of tangy apple cider vinegar, ginger, and a natural sweetener, switchel is the ultimate thirst-quencher during the sweltering summer months. In this speedy riff on the basic formula (no overnight steeping required), it gets the sparkling treatment and a hint of plum flavor from the LaCroix Sparkling Water Beach Plum.

Plum & Basil Lemonade

Lemonade is a classic summer sipper—here, it gets an effervescent twist, courtesy of the Beach Plum. To mellow out the tartness of the lemon juice and bring an herby element to the party, stir in a fresh basil-infused honey syrup; it sounds fancy, but takes just 20 minutes of (mostly) hands-off time and lasts for up to 2 weeks in the fridge.

Which of these summer sippers is your fave? Tell us in the comments!

This summer, we're staying cool with sparkling water from our friends at LaCroix Sparkling Water. Their fresh new flavors—Guava São Paulo, Beach Plum, and Black Razzberry—are the ultimate summer sips straight from the fridge. Bonus: They make A+ mixers for all sorts of creative drink recipes.
