To the editors of food52-- a suggestion. Would it be possible to add an apple or orange Mark, pancake or this contest an allium in front of each CP in this list? Then as each one is requested to be tested, you could delete the Mark so it would be easier to see what is still available to test?

FYI -- here's what I see as available: Besan Puda, Buckwheat Ricotta Blintzes with Figgy Relish, Maasa from Mali, Lentils Pancake, Jianbing.
The submissions to this contest were so amazing that I'll be making many, many of them, bit by bit; or should I say, bite by bite?

I'll take Harry's, for my own Mr T, who will love them, I'm sure! (He has his own thing for Waffle Houses, by the way, being a boy from the South . . . but these are very similar to mine, and we have a ton of last year's blueberries to consume as this year's are coming in 2 months early, so the timing is perfect!) ;o)

Ooops, are they already taken? If so, I'll take the Coconut And Ginger Dosas With Warm Rum Syrup. They look fantastic! ;o)

Hey Antonia!
I had wanted to make those multigrain pancakes, so I hope you don't mind! Good luck making the dosas! :)

I would like to try the Ethiopian-ish Griddle Cakes. I have always enjoyed Ethiopian food but have never made any at home.

Everything looks so good! I can't test this week (after a 5-week absence from home I have to catch up on chores) but I will be looking forward to testing next week!
