Amanda's Kids' Lunch from Food52

I like a lunch that mixes purity and pleasure, and I hope my kids to, too, because that's what they got for lunch this week. Kale salad topped with Spanish Tortilla and fennel salumi. And chocolate on the side. I do wonder which they ate first.
