Thanks for the coverage guys! If you want to start your own Bite Club, the rules are simple.
1. The host must plan a 3 course meal, buy the ingredients, and be prepared with equipment and groceries.
2. Everyone must help to prepare the dishes and they must be all homemade - delivery pizza does not count! This is a learning experience.
3. Everyone must "bite" (read: host). We rotate in the same order and are up to No. 17 now.
The original club is actually in Mountain View, CA. We are a spin-off in Santa Barbara. For more information check out my collection on Flickr or visit our official website (www.biteclub.org). Unfortunately, we are a little behind on documentation.
