Fun to see you all on your own, Amanda. I have the same problem with my peppermill - must be genetic! Both recipes for swordfish sound delicious - it will be difficult to vote - as usual! I imagine the sauce in this recipe would be tasty with anything - sauteed chicken paillards, pork chops, slices of flank steak, grilled veggies - it just seems like an easy go-to thing for everyone's back pocket.
