Molly-- not sure which recipe you are looking at...my response is from my experience with this recipe...good luck! Let us know how yours turns out!

Yes...just be sure to rewarm it slowly over low heat, not the microwave. Depending on your recipe, you may find it more "garlicky" or a more pronounced anchovies taste...because these flavors have had time to develop...so "undercook" a tad as you are bringing it together and allow it come to room temp, then refrigerate.
