KAMUT(R) khorasan has a higher protein content than regular wheat and requires more cooking time. Soaking overnight reduces stove top time. A good rule of thumb is 1 1/2 to 2 hours simmering in a covered pot.
Assuming you mean the whole grain, soaking overnight will reduce cooking time. Prep and cooking should be the same as wheat berries, for example (Kamut is closely related to our common wheat).
Oh... I forgot to add how to cook it. Cover with about 2 inches of water and bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer. Can be covered or uncovered. If uncovered you will likely need to add water to keep the grains submerged.
