I have two side dishes that need to be cooked for 20 minutes each but one at 425 and one at 350 - can I cook them together? At what temp and how long

thank you! this all has to happen after the turkey comes out. how long do you let a turkey rest before carving?

Since they have such short cook times, I would do them one at a time and then just rewarm the one that went first before you eat. Here's what I would do: Cook the 425 one, take it out and decrease temp, cook the 350 one, and then in the last 5/10 minutes, throw the 425 dish back in. They should both be warm and ready to serve when the 350 one is done!

Alternatively, if the 425 one is a bit more delicate, just stick it in a 200° F oven for a few minutes after you've removed the 350° dish.
