I just found some delicate squash at the farmer's market yesterday, so I want to try this recipe. How much butter and brandy does the recipe call for?
Thank you for asking - did not realize that those ingredients were missing. I updated the recipe, but it is 2 T of unsalted butter and 2 T of either brandy or bourbon. Let me know how you like it!
