Can I use semolina flour for crescent cookies and have them stick together better than regular flour

Crescent cookies should be pretty crumbly -- not sure you'd get a stickier dough but does seem worth trying to add some semolina flour in place of the regular flour. I'd try 1 part semolina flour to 2 parts regular flour.
