Made delicious fritters tonight for Hanukkah with a batter comprised of milk, butternut squash, flour, baking powder, etc. Delicious but way too much for three people. Will it be worth trying to make the rest another night, or should I pitch it?

I think it's ok to save for up to a day. Try one, and if it doesn't work, then you might want to add a little more baking soda.
