Oh boy, you want the one I just took out of the oven. It's from Edna Lewis's The Gift of Southern Cooking and was also featured in an article in The New York Times a while back, which is where I clipped it. If you search the Times archives for " Dark Molasses Gingerbread with Whipped Cream" you will find it. It gets even more moist on day two.
