How to store maple yogurt pound cake?

The recipe is from Rivka. The cake looked and tasted great coming out of the oven but when stored in tupperware (at room temp, then in fridge), it shrank and dense though still moist from the oil.

I find cakes get funny when stored in tupperware. Not sure this will help that much but next time I would store it wrapped in plastic wrap at room temperature.
