I just bought ten small fresh guavas. What should I do with them?

I like them as is. But they are great in smoothies with or without dairy (goes well with strawberries, bananas, mangoes, oranges or a mixture of those), mixed into yogurt with or without granola. I also like the in salad with avocado, feta or ricotta salata, and a light vinaigrette.

I had about the same amount recently from someone's garden, given 3rd hand. I'd just eat them out of hand if they are ripe, they are incredibly nutritious. I tried to make jam/jelly but it didn't set. The internet instructions didn't use pectin and that didn't work. So I drank it mixed with orange juice. Good luck.
