I need a substitute for a small amount of fresh sage in a recipe

I am roasting a turkey breast, and use sage as part of a rub

I would use marjoram + thyme - an under-appreciated but great-tasting combination. I'd leave out the rosemary, if that is also called for, substituting a couple tablespoons of finely chopped parsley stems. ;o)

I don't have dried sage either...........

I would use a pinch of dried sage.
