I have just made fresh pasta (flour, eggs, oil, water, salt) can I cook it right away or do I have to let it dry? If I can cook it fresh how

Feel free to cook it fresh! It'll only take a few minutes though, so be watchful! Boiling salted water, check after 2 minutes. Have your sauce ready.

I don't let it dry. Don't see the point. I cook mine right away and free the (uncooked and floured) leftovers

Letting it dry for 15 minutes is a good idea. It cooks fast. I'd start checking it in 3-4 minutes.
