Do vinegars go bad

I have heard that the only food that does not go bad is honey.

Not that i know of. I have had some specialty vinegars for years with no noticeable change in them.

I do store them in my pantry out of direct sunlight and away from heat

Some "enhanced" vinegars can separate, especially if they are fruit based...and the sediment at the bottom (like an old wine) may not be desirable. If they have been exposed to heat (do you store near your cooktop?) you may notice a difference.
