I have a question about the recipe "Chicken Pot Pie Provencal" from Oui, Chef.
What do you do with the 2nd disk of dough?
The recipe makes 2 9-inch round by 3-inch deep pies. If you only want to make one pie, you freeze 1 of the pastry disks and half of the filling for another time.
