I have a question about the ingredient "1/2 cup organic unsalted butter" on the recipe "Gluten Free Chocolate Almond Pound Cake" from WinnieAb.
Are you channeling your best self with this comment? (If you're not sure, check out our Code of Conduct.)
113 grams -- In the US, butter is commonly sold in one pound packages, with four wrapped sticks, 1/4 pound each. Each stick is 4 ounces = 1/2 cup. There are 454 grams per pound, so the 1/2 cup comes to 113 grams. (I'm reading the label of a stick of butter -- you'll see there is some rounding off.)
(Your question on this page didn't have what you want -- but your duplicate has it in the "tags." Sometimes people don't see the tags off on the left, so add what you need to the question box. Thanks!)
You'll put this recipe on repeat.
