What are your recommendations for great books on making cheese at home - both soft and hard?
I have had great success with ARTISAN CHEESE MAKING AT HOME. It has wonderful, vibrant photographs, and is really easy to follow, making it perfect for beginners. And if you do not believe me it has a perfect five-star review on Amazon.com.
Thanks so much! I just ordered it!!
It was my pleasure. I hope you enjoy it as much as I have. ^o^
