Banana bread recipes? Looking for outrageously good

I forgot to mention I don't slice the bananas like the recipe says to do. I mash them or purée them as I prefer the texture and don't want chunks of banana in the bread.

LOVE this recipe. The sour cream makes it super moist and delicious!
