For the dark chocolate, I've purchased a bar of sweetened dark, as opposed to unsweetened baker's chocolate. Is that correct?

Hi creamtea, sorry for any confusion. Yes, I used sweetened dark (eating chocolate), either 70% or 80% cacao (though I think any dark chocolate, sweetened or not, could work). Thanks so much for volunteering to test my recipe and I hope you enjoy it!
