if I may, I have a recipe on my blog- here's the link: http://wp.me/pM1JD-jp. it takes a bit of time simmering, but not really a lot of equipment.
You would need to double or triple this for 15 by the way.
This is a favorite in this household. You will need a food processor, however. This recipe calls for chicken and substituting pork will be fine.
